How do I place a custom order?
Send us your idea, wording, or any pictures or artwork you'd like to use, using the form on our Custom Orders page or by emailing karma68tx@gmail.com. Include sizes, quantity, and the date you need it by. We'll create original artwork just for you.
How long does a custom order take?
About 3 business days for your artwork, then 4 business days to print and ship, plus delivery time.
What's your return policy?
If it doesn't fit or you're just not feelin' the swamp magic, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shirts must be unworn and unwashed, and we'll cover the return shipping. Email us and we'll send you the return instructions. If you'd prefer to swap for a different size, just let us know and we'll be glad to send you the correct size.
Can I return a custom order?
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders usually arrive in about 7 to 10 days. We ship within the U.S. only.
What sizes do you carry?
Sizes vary by design, and each product page lists what's available. Between sizes? Email us and we'll help you pick.
How do I care for my tee?
Wash cold, skip the bleach, and never iron directly on the print. Mineral-washed vintage tees should be air-dried, and the others can tumble dry on low. Each product page lists its own care.
Where are you located?
Bad Grannie Goods is based in Terrell, TX. Every design is original artwork by us.
